Normally We do not quote prices over the phone prior to the sale. Sometimes client’s walk thru is right before the sale & prices can change. For this sale we will entertain offers on larger items or more expensive items only.
Our client's items are our responsibility to protect.
Due to breakables and close quarters, Children Not a good idea at this sale.
The owners have asked that no drinks, food, pets allowed inside.
No returns or exchanges. All items sold AS IS & Where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges.
Credit cards ok on purchase $20 or above. Same for local checks with I.d.
If you are buying large items bring helpers to move things. We no longer move items for you.
No big bags or backpacks brought in please, nor unzipped purses.

Great sale in Northwest Gainesville close to 13th street and 39th Ave.

Sale will be Fri Sat & sun 10-3 p.m.

or you can sign in at the door. There are pretty close quarters inside so we will allow 15 max at a time. However there are 3 outside areas to shop while waiting.

This sale is chock full of Asian items,

Many clocks including grandfather, mantel, desk and regulator

Nice books probably 1,000 including many leather bound classics and several on Florida , shell collecting, birding, tropical fish, Eastern philosophy and religion, etc.
