General Terms & Conditions
- All items are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees.
- All bids are final. Once you are the winning bidder, you have entered a legal contract to pay in full for your items. There is no "cooling-off period" to change your mind.
- The auction house reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at any time.
- All transactions must comply with the laws and rules of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) of the state where the sale is held.

Fees & Payment
- A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. This is a standard industry fee that helps cover the costs of running the auction.
- Sales tax will be collected as required by state law. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a tax-exempt form. No exceptions.
- A 3.5% non-refundable fee will be applied to all credit card transactions to cover processing costs.
- Credit card payments are not accepted for silver, coins, gold, or other jewelry. For these items, you must pay by wire transfer or cash.

Shipping & Pickup
- Buyers are responsible for all handling and shipping charges.
- Shipping is available for the continental United States only.
- Local pickup is also available.
- For items paid for by wire transfer, there will be a shipping delay while your payment and address are verified.
