Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids.
All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Item Removal: This is a cash-and carry auction. All purchases must be paid for in full and removed by the end of the auction. No exceptions and no layaway available.
Packing & Handling: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for fragile or large items.
Failure to Remove Items: Any items not removed by the end of the auction may be forfeited.

Registration: Begins at 6:00 PM
Due to our fast weekly turnaround and the steady arrival of last - minute consignments, photos are not always available in advance. We do our best to provide preview images whenever possible.
You can attend with confidence knowing each auction features a great selection of merchandise and exciting finds. If photos are available, they will be posted. You may also find preview images on Facebook by searching " Monday Night Auction".
Please be sure to review the Terms and Conditions prior to attending, as certain procedures have recently been updated.
Come early to preview the merchandise and get registered before the auction begins. A great selection of items will be offered, and everything sells to the highest bidder.
