*Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.
* Payment: We accept Cash, Credit and Debit. Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.
* All sales are final and merchandise is sold AS IS.
* Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed.
*Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.
*You break, you buy.
*Numbers for the opening morning of the sale:
Sign up for numbers will be available via email at treasures@thegreatestatesales.com, or thru the contact us link on estate sales.net from the time the sale is listed thru the Thursday evening prior to the sale by 6pm. Please provide the first name and last initial for each number you request. One number per person- this includes children. Sorry, No exceptions. We will email you back with the number, if you have not heard from us by Thursday evening, check your spam/junk folder. If you miss the email window, then we put out the sign up sheet out on Friday morning.
