Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Our staff is limited and unable to assist with heavy lifting.
All merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless prior written arrangements have been made.

No Sign-Up Sheet: Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Large Bags or Purses: For security reasons, large bags will not be permitted—no exceptions.
We provide bags and wrapping paper for your purchases. Please bring your own boxes. A courtesy wrapping station will be available when space allows.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Green Cove Springs, this house is PACKED and we need to clear it out! If you love a good estate sale where you can actually dig in and find something worth taking home, this is the one. Come early, bring a friend, and bring room in the car because there is a little bit of everything waiting inside.

We’ve got beautiful solid wood furniture, bedroom pieces, an armoire, daybed, console tables, lamps, mirrors, patio furniture, a desk, rocking chair and plenty of home décor. And then there’s the fun stuff — vintage nesting bowls, a flatware set in its original case, cookie crock, glassware, kitchen pieces, small appliances, Instant Pot, microwave, collectibles, angel figurines, clocks, artwork, jewelry, Florida Gators items, DVDs, clothing, linens and so much more.

There are useful everyday pieces, vintage finds, pretty things for the house and those quirky little items you didn’t know you needed until you spotted them. This is definitely a “walk through every room because you might miss something” kind of sale.

We are ready to SELL, so come shop, make a pile and help us empty this house! The best pieces always seem to disappear first, so don’t wait until everyone else has already found the good stuff.
