We do not sell advertised items in advance of the sale.
For In Person Sales:
We accept CASH and CHECK only.
We provide shopping bags, so no large purses or back packs permitted.
We store valuables off premises.
We utilize security cameras.
We do not sell over the phone. Since all items purchased from estate sales are "As IS " , you must be present to inspect the items you wish to purchase.
Buyer bears the responsibility to move and load furniture and other purchases.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Dealers- you must present a 2021 copy of your tax exempt certificate to be exempt from paying sales tax at time of purchase.

We are offering a large collection of coins for sale.  Most of these coins are ungraded and will be offered in lots.  
  This sale is for local pick up only, I am not set up to ship items.  
 You will pay for items at pick up.  We accept cash or local check with identification. 
 Pick up is in Gulf Breeze Proper.
