Accepting Cash, Venmo, Cash App and Paypal and personal check. Checks payable to Toni Brewer. Bring help to load large items. Encourage to bring boxes with the amount of smaller items in sale. There will be boxes, wrapping paper provided. Not responsible for any accidents. Parking available on both sides of the road. Please be very attentive to all the other homeowners/businesses and their yards/property/sprinklers when parking for this sale. Please come through the garage to walk into the sale. The front door is the preferred access point to this sale. The payment table and holding area will be next to the kitchen area. There is a bathroom available for your disposal. This sale will have merchandise within the house and garage. Weather issues may also come into play here in Florida. We will alert everyone who sees us on this site of any date changes. The hours are 9-3 each day, however, we will stay open until all customers are have made their purchases. We will be extend Saturday hours to accommodate the festival in Gulf Breeze. We are also going to be open Sunday at noon with prices at70% off on most items. Signs are up through end of sale Sunday at 3 pm.
We are now open this morning. FYI, the city of Gulf Breeze does not allow Estate Sale signs on their streets per City Hall, so Friday use your GPS. Signs will be up through end of day tomorrow at 3 pm. It is very easy to find.
