This wonderful collector's couples bought most of their French Antiques from New Orleans & Florida.
Mr. Richard came from France 🇫🇷 from Picardie and his family added the “S” to Richards to blend in more in the USA.
Mr Richard was in the navy and then an environmentalist for the Mohegan plan in CT. He was also on the board of the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of CT.
