Buying procedures: For buying over the phone, from photos Call or Text your name, the item you want, and your local address if need delivery
You can pay with CC over the phone (+3% fee) Venmo (3% fee) or Paypal (+ 3% fee) or Cash or Check. All sales are as-is, where-is. Please ask for more pics if you need them. Same fees applies at the sale.
Pick up At the Sale or Monday after the Sale. Deliveries available at an additional reasonable cost.
We do not carry out furniture or items over 20 pounds, Please bring some help.
We can ship handling fee is $15 + shipping. We reserve the right to not ship a fragile item.
Make sure you inspect the items you are buying via pictures, all sales are where is as is. Pick up merchandise by deadline, or we are not responsible for it. NO refund.

A wonderful sale filled with Bruce's travel collection from Alaska, the Amazonian, Africa, Asia, India, Thailand.
Bruce Yates of Gulf Breeze, Florida, died surrounded by close friends on August 2, 2025. Born May 13, 1948, to Sam (Bob) and Jeannette Yates in Philadelphia.
He served his country in the California National Guard.
Living in Alaska, he earned his master’s degree and pilot’s license. He met his former wife, Becky, while teaching alcohol prevention and suicide prevention workshops in rural Alaska. He developed a program to help challenged youth to value education and become responsible adults. Long before its time, Bruce developed a program to allow people to receive mental health care by phone.
Moving to Florida, he became “Captain Bruce” sailing along the coast. With his dog, “Boudreaux”, he started an adventure tours business visiting islands of the Santa Rosa Sound. He was active in the community, especially in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. He had a 28-year relationship with Little Brother, Eric. He had many business relationships and was well respected throughout the business community.
Bruce leaves behind family and friends across the country. His motto was “Find ways to help others and be thankful for what you have.”
