"Neely" Bannon in the early 1950s, continuing a family legacy that started when Patrick Bannon settled the land in the 1880s, with Neely's niece, Eileen O'Leary, eventually taking over ownership, making it Polk County's only remaining traditional fish camp offering bait and a classic angler's experience.
