TERMS:
When registering to bid or submitting a bidder registration form you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand or agree to these terms and Conditions do not register to bid. Executing a bid constitutes agreement to the terms of sale and is a binding contract to purchase the lot. By registering for the auction you agree to receive reminders and promotions via text and email. You may opt out at any time.


BIDDING:
It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item.

By bidding, you are entering a contract and you are agreeing that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the items for you.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and buyers are encouraged to make their own opinions as to the condition of the item. Any description by the Zevantiques auction is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and can not be treated as a statement of facts.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. Once a bid is announced 'sold', the high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer has purchased the lot. In executing a bid, the bidder is agreeing to purchase the lot. All sales are binding and final.

Zevantiques reserves the right to cancel / nullify the sale of any lot sold through auction.

Bidders at the auction may bid in person, or, if they are pre-registered and approved by Zevantiques they may bid by absentee bid, by telephone, or by using the Internet. The auctioneer will start written and telephone bids, left prior to the auction, two increments below the maximum bid amount authorized by the bidder. It is agreed Zevantiques will not be responsible for failure to execute absentee bids or electronic failures. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. A lot will be sold to the highest bidder as determined in the sole and exclusive judgment of the auctioneer. Photos and descriptions have been posted on the Internet and we encourage telephone calls, e-mail contact to ask questions. Internet bidders are encouraged to review each lot and be prepared to bid quickly. The auctioneer will, without liability, determine the bidding increments and maintain sole authority to resolve disputes. Neither Consignors nor their agents, except as in the preceding sentence, are allowed to bid on their own items.

High and low estimates found in the catalog are listed only for guide purposes.


ABSENTEE BIDDING:
Absentee Bidding is used by those who cannot attend the auction in person. Absentee bids may be submitted via email, bidding platform, or phone. Absentee bidders agree to all terms and conditions. Zevantiques cannot guarantee the execution of absentee bids.


BUYERS PREMIUM:
A buyer's premium of 25% applies to all bids. Buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of each lot. According to Florida law, the Buyer's Premium is considered a component of the purchase price, and is therefore subject to state and local sales tax.


APPROVAL TO BID:
Zevantiques has sole discretion to approve or decline a bidder at anytime.


SALES TAX:
Shipments going to Florida addresses and bidders picking up in person are required to pay applicable Florida state and local sales tax on all taxable items purchased. Tax exempt bidders must have a current copy of a Sales Tax Re-Sale Certificate on file with us.


AUCTIONEER:
The bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. Zevantiques reserves the right to determine the opening bid / minimum bid on any lot. The auctioneer reserves the right to pass / no sale any lot. The auctioneer may reject nominal bids, small opening bids or very nominal advances made with the purpose of disparaging an item. Once a lot has been passed and not sold it will not be re-offered in the same auction. Items which are not reserved are sold at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to execute absentee bids on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid. Zevantiques and the auctioneer act as agent only, and shall not be liable for any default of the purchaser or vendor.


CONDITION:
It is recommended all prospective bidders carefully examine all items in which they have an interest. You are welcome to inspect in person all items during our published inspection hours, and/or by appointment. We will assist you personally or by telephone, providing a physical description and our opinion. Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog. By placing a bid, either in person, by phone, absentee or by Internet, you signify you have examined the items as fully as you desire to, or, you have chosen not to examine them. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All lots are sold As-Is, Where-Is.


CANCELLATION:
Zevantiques reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, to delay, cancel, postpone, or reschedule the auction.

ALL BIDDERS AGREE TO TERMS OF SALE.


SHIPPING:
A single shipping fee for all lots won in this auction will be included on your invoice for applicable orders. This fee can be accepted upon checkout, or alternatively, you can opt for Self-Arranged Shipping or Pickup.


Domestic Shipments:
All items purchased in the US will be shipped by Zevantiques' in-house shipping department. Shipping and packing costs will be included in the invoice.
Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of cleared invoice payment for purchases to be packaged for shipping. Once shipped, buyers receive their shipment tracking information by email.
Domestic shipments are by USPS, FedEx or UPS. All Domestic shipments include mandatory insurance, tracking, and signature delivery confirmation.


International Shipments:
International shipments might require 3rd party shipping. Some items can not be shipped outside the USA due to the country's laws. Please check your country's laws and regulations before participating in our auction.

Zevantiques assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items received through shipment. All shipping damage / loss claims must be processed and resolved through the shipping service by which they were shipped or insured. Absolutely no refunds or claims may be submitted beyond 7 days of receiving a shipment.


Buyer Arranged Shipments:
If their own shipping is desired, with approval by Zevantiques, buyers are able to arrange for their own shipping. The cost of packing will be applied and emailed separately. Please let us know IMMEDIATELY after winning if you choose to do your own shipping.


Local Pickup:
Buyers are able to pick their items up in person from Zevantiques in Hallandale Beach, FL. Please call or email to set up a pick up date and time.


All lots will be shipped within 10 business days once payment has cleared. Items to be picked up by the buyer or agent for the buyer within 30 business days following the purchase. Items not picked up within 30 business days will be placed in storage at a fee of $10.00 per item per day.


PAYMENT:
The invoice will be emailed to you after completion of the auction. Buyer to make payment in full (including hammer price, buyer's premium and applicable taxes and shipping). You can make a payment directly from the invoice or contact us at 786-212-7585 to speak to a representative directly.

Credit/debit card payments are handled through a third party payment processor. We cannot access your credit card details, you will not be automatically charged. Please look for an email from invoices@zevantiques.com to find your invoice. For invoices over $3,000 USD or for bidders outside of the United States or Canada, payment method will be arranged with the auction house.

All checks will be made out to "Zevantiques Inc" and mailed to
