Park like you are at a church, make a row! Don’t have to park on the road for this one. We had some nasty people at the last sale blocking the driveway for pickups etc. and parking on both sides of the road so even neighbor residents could not get through. We just can’t have that and I apologize for having to ask folks to move their cars but think before you park. We should have good parking for this sale! Dates

This house is the historic SLAPPY house that use to sit where Capital City Bank of Havana is today. It was moved in 1975 to Merritt Lane. The new owners are excited to move in in ten days so let’s get it cleaned out. There is an EastLake bedroom suite from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s, wash stand, vintage STANDARD sewing machine, lots of art, large Christmas tree, linens, trunk, Victrola, pottery, canning jars, free standing jewelry cabinet, oak dressers, etc.
