Auction Preview / Inspection:
Friday, May 1st from 4PM - 6PM
Personal Property Terms: Credit Card (3.75% Fee), Bank Wire or ACH. 15% Buyers Premium. All purchases must be paid for in full within 24 hours of Auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to withhold release until funds are confirmed. All purchases over $2,500 must be paid by Bank Wire or ACH.
Pickup Date: All items EXCEPT Shelving - Wednesday, May 6th from 9AM - 2PM & Thursday, May 7th from 2PM - 7PM. Shelving Pickup: Friday, May 8th from 9AM - 3PM. Please make arrangements to pick up your items during these times and bring any help, boxes, tools, hand trucks, etc you may need at these times. Any other pickup date/time must be arranged with Auctioneer and will cost $150 (up to 2 hours) and $75/hr thereafter to cover staff and travel costs to accommodate you. Building has been sold and is closing on May 10th so everything must be out of the building.
