IMPORTANT All winning bids accepted are deemed to be a valid contract between buyer and seller. Winning bidders are required to pay the winning bid (Hammer Price) plus all fees associated with transaction. It is the sole responsibility of bidders to conduct any due diligence prior to bidding which includes but is not limited to reading the complete description, reviewing all aspects of photos, calling for information or visiting auction premises when applicable.

Once bids have been placed the winning bidder is responsible for payment, there are no exceptions. Any bidders with any concerns should not bid on the items. The auction company is a third-party seller and has only one opportunity to sell for the consignor who pays the auction company to sell their merchandise. Please note all non-payers will be reported for non-payment and lose their to
right to bid at any further Proxy Bid auctions. Nonpayers will be liable for damages caused to the consignor including re-marketing costs, rents required to store unpaid items and all costs associated with nonpayment listed or otherwise.

Winning Bidders Are responsible for the removal of all purchased Items. Removal must be completed within the time frames listed in the sale description. Please make appropriate arrangements, including trucking and personnel. Auction company does not load or provide labor to load. Should items not be picked up within the associated time frames buyers will be reported for non-performance and lose their to right to bid at any further Proxy Bid auctions. Buyers will be liable for damages caused to the consignor including re-marketing costs, rents required to store unpaid items and all costs associated with non pick-up

No claims will be allowed once goods are removed from the premises of the sale.
