Please review the following Terms of Sale carefully. By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to all conditions outlined below.

1. Payment

All successful bidders will receive an invoice through LiveAuctioneers? LivePayments system for convenient checkout. Buyers may also choose to complete payment directly with Imperial Fine Arts LLC by contacting us after the auction.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), bank wire transfer, personal check, money order, and PayPal (additional fees may apply).

Payment is due within 5 business days following the close of the auction. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale, the item being offered to another buyer or relisted, and restriction of future bidding privileges on LiveAuctioneers.

2. Buyer?s Premium

A 28% buyer?s premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot.

3. Returns & Claims

We strive to accurately represent all items; however, any concerns must be communicated promptly.

a. Authenticity Claims
If there is a concern regarding authenticity, the buyer must notify Imperial Fine Arts LLC in writing within 2 business days of delivery (based on carrier tracking). Supporting documentation from a qualified and recognized expert in the relevant field is required for review. If the claim is validated, a full refund will be issued, including the hammer price, buyer?s premium, and original shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition prior to any refund being processed.

b. Cataloging Errors
In the event of a material error in description, condition, provenance, or dimensions, written notice must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be issued, including buyer?s premium and shipping. The item must be returned in unchanged condition.

c. General Returns
For return requests not related to authenticity or cataloging errors, notification must be made within 2 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method; however, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility. Requests made after 5 days may be considered for store credit or consignment at our discretion. No returns will be accepted beyond 20 days from delivery.

All returned items must be properly packaged, fully insured, and received in the same condition as originally shipped.

4. Shipping

Imperial Fine Arts LLC provides in-house shipping services for all items. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately after payment has been received in full.

Orders will be processed for shipment once payment has cleared. All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.

For international buyers, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not undervalue or alter declared values on customs forms under any circumstances.

At this time, we may be unable to ship directly to certain countries due to customs restrictions. Buyers are responsible for arranging an alternate delivery address if necessary.

5. Legal

Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from this auction or these Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction shall be in Hollywood, Florida, and all parties agree to submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

All reproductions are clearly identified within their individual lot descriptions and are offered strictly for decorative and educational purposes.
