HUGE HOMOSASSA ESTATE SALE

Sugarmill Woods, in Oak Village.

It has taken a lot of time to set this one up.

The home was stuffed, and is now going to be open this weekend, as we are close to the finish line.

Below is a partial list, as you would be reading for a long time if we could list everything we have.

The sale is this week on Thursday through Saturday, 9am to 2 pm each day, July 16th-18th.

There will be a follow up sale on the 30th-to the 1st. This is when the rest of the items we have will be offered. It may not be advertised as well as this one.

As many of you saw from the sale we held in the garage only 3 weeks ago, that, the garage itself is full of tools again that we did not have room to put out for that sale.

We have also added some military collectibles to this. There is also some ammo that didn’t get put out last time.

The master bedroom is mainly books and movies, we have collectible sets, romance novels, individual books on many different subjects, and possibly movies from the last 20 years.

We also have some bookcases for sale too. In that room is a Motion Air bedframe with remote control.

There is also a large selection of C.D, music

In one of the bedrooms, we have cars, trucks, train sets, die cast, models still in the original boxes from the 80’s, puzzles, games, robotic toys, telescopes, and a metal gun cabinet.

There is also a Murphy bed in there for sale.

The next bedroom is all craft and sewing. If you knit, crochet, or sew, you need to see this. There is something here for you. Many unopened packages. There are like 5 different sewing machines, just in this one room, old and newer.

We also have stereo equipment, T.V.’s, and other electronics, printers, plus cameras.

We also have teacup sets from the early 1900’s.

The kitchen houses the usual suspects of inventory, plus we have brand new cookware sets, glass and metal, pots and pans plus bakeware.

This whole house has something everywhere, mainly because we didn’t have the room.

The living room holds a unique recliner with led lighting, and the laundry room has a stackable washer and dryer by LG and looks and works just like new.

There are 2 dining room tables and chairs here, plus unusual knick-knacks.

The screened patio has a Blackstone camping grill, some other camp gear, and a large Husky job box for storage.

You name it, we might just have it. Come out to this sale to find that one thing you just can’t live without.

Psst. We also have a Yamaha XS 850 motorcycle from the 1980’s that is a project but is now starting to be collectible.
