• NOTE ABOUT HOLDING TABLES... this house is so extremely packed upstairs and downstairs, that we do not have any space to set up "Hold Tables" like we normally do in each house. So please keep this in mind when making piles. We'll do the best we can with the limited space we have available and ask for everyone's patience and understanding. You might want to have a friend or family member watch your pile while you go to pay.

• NOTE ABOUT CHECK-OUT AREA UPSTAIRS.... The downstairs is just as packed and extremely full as the upstairs but there's only a narrow spiral staircase inside the house which we'll most likely have roped off for safety purposes. So when you walk up the driveway to the front of the house you'll see that the big main garage door will be open with some of our staff there to let you into the downstairs portion of the house. After shopping the downstairs they will be at the garage door to help total-up your purchases from down there and then they will send you up the large outside staircase on the front of the house that takes you up to the actual front door of the house where you'll enter to pay at our check-out area inside.

• You can then also shop the upstairs and bring any other "upstairs" items to our check-out/pay-area along with your "total" from downstairs which we'll sign and hand back to you once you've paid so you can show it to our staff downstairs so they can then allow you to take your "downstairs" purchases when you leave. Although we will not have a typical "Hold Table" area like normal for everyone to set their potential purchases on, we WILL still have at least two tables downstairs at the entrance to the garage where are staff are located, to hold your downstairs items while you go upstairs to pay at check-out. You might wonder, why don't they just set up the pay area downstairs? The reason is because we just have no space downstairs whatsoever to set up our large pay area with jewelry cases etc, so we just have to do it upstairs. Anything you find in the extremely full upstairs portion of the house that you'd like to purchase, can of course just be paid for like normal at our checkout area upstairs. 

NOTE ABOUT PARKING... Parking will be somewhat difficult on this narrow dead-end culdesac. So please see the aerial pictures we posted that show possible parking nearby, where you might be able to park if you can't find other spots available. One area is at the very end of the culdesac at an empty lot, and the other is another large empty lot just one block before you get to Bertram Dr (at Allmand and Yachtsman). Again, these are simply just possibilities, we can't give permission or guarantee that you can park there or not. Just do the best you can and please be respectful of neighbors lawns, sprinklers, mailboxes and driveways.
