We make every effort to test electrical items; however, we encourage you to test items yourself to ensure satisfaction.
All Sales Final
All items are sold as used unless they are new in box or factory sealed.

Due to the sheer size of this estate, the sale will be conducted in two phases. Phase One will feature the entire yard, shed, garage, and outdoor storage areas only. The home is currently occupied and is not part of this first phase. To respect the occupant's privacy and discourage eager treasure hunters from arriving early, the sale address will be released shortly before the event. Please check EstateSales.net or our website home page prior to the sale for address information.
The property is occupied, secured, and monitored by cameras. Early entry, wandering the property, or attempting to access sale areas before opening hours is strictly prohibited and will not be permitted.
Now for the fun part—this is truly a collector's estate. The owners accumulated an incredible variety of items over the years, and what you see in the photos is only Phase One. He had a passion for repairing and collecting anything with an engine, from weed eaters and lawn equipment to automobiles, and the vast inventory of parts, tools, and accessories reflects that passion.
One of the most common comments we hear is, “There’s no way all of this came from one property.” In this case, it absolutely did. Rather than attempting to describe everything in a lengthy catalog, we'll let the photos speak for themselves.
