All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Please make sure you have your payment ready before leaving the sale.

��️ LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
Bring your own help to load large, heavy, or bulky purchases.
Ruby Estate Sale Co. and its staff are not responsible for moving or loading large items unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please do not attempt to move heavy items without assistance.

⚠️ SAFETY & LIABILITY
Enter and shop at your own risk.
Ruby Estate Sale Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, or damage to personal property.
Watch your step and be aware of uneven surfaces, stairs, cords, furniture, and other potential hazards.
Please follow all directions given by Ruby Estate Sale Co. staff.

�� CUSTOMER LIMIT
Only 15 people are allowed inside the sale at one time.
Please be patient while waiting for others to exit.
Children must remain with an accompanying adult.

�� PARKING
Park safely and legally.
Do NOT block driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, vehicles, or neighboring properties.
Follow all posted parking signs and directions from staff.
Vehicles parked improperly may be asked to move.

�� SALE RULES
Please follow all signs and instructions throughout the property.
Do not enter restricted or marked areas.
Do not open closed boxes, cabinets, drawers, or containers unless permitted.
Please treat the property and merchandise with care.
Be respectful to our staff, other shoppers, neighbors, and the property.
