If you bring wrapping and etc for your items please do not leave them at the register. Please leave in your car until you finish shopping.
If you are purchasing a large or bulky item you will need to do the following:
Bring someone with you who can lift
Bring a vehicle that the item can fit into
We DO NOT offer delivery
We will assist you with your items to your car if we have the time to do so. .
All sale are final! No returns nor refunds.
All items are sold as is. It's up to you to test it , before you purchase it.
We only do a "yes it works test".

The gatekeeper will not let you in and we do not open until 8:30 and there's no lines to be out outside so please please patient will be there soon and 8:30 we open up and we want everybody to have a great time at the sale especially since it's 75% off

Please provide address and they will take down your license plate tag number. Please no parking in front of driveways and on lawns. Park all in the same direction and facing correctly. There is a parking lot across from the house please use. All items are 75% off.
