hisis is a Gorgeous 5,315 sq ft Marbella Ocean Front Condo on Jacksonville Beach, FL.    Due to the limited Condo parking we will be scheduling private appointments only. Please park in the side public parking lots and walk to gate.

The home is full of beautiful high end furniture, decorative art and more.  Please call 904-338-2283 to schedule an appointment time.  The sale will be held April 16th and 17th from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm.  Any furniture purchased can be picked up the following Monday and Tuesday April 19th and 20th post Estate sale. 

 

We will be marking the furniture at 60% off of the retailed price originally paid, day 2 will be 30% off.  We will consider other offers by the close of the sale on select unsold pieces.
