This sale is in Broadview Terrace off Riverside Avenue next to Memorial Park. Both parking and access are limited. Therefore, an APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED to attend.
Please text 904-315-5040 for an appointment. Let me know the date and time you wish to attend. If you do not have a preference you will be given the earliest available time. Appointments are on the half hour. Some one will meet you downstairs and escort to the apartment.
