This is our first sale of the year, and it will be well worth the wait for all! Our customer was a worldly traveler as the photography should reflect!

PLEASE NOTE: This sale is in a condo. ( Up high) on the St. Johns River ( on Margaret Street) in Park Lane Condominiums. Hunter Estate Sales will have an attendant at the entrance to the building to allow your entrance, and also an Escort up to the unit! The unit is large but extremely PACKED, so we will be limiting patrons, so you might have a slight wait, but please be patient, as you will not be disappointed in the quality or the quantity of the furnishings, and collectibles. There will be a time limit on shopping, so please study pictures & we can direct you to the item. The space is limited ( even though it is approx. 1,400 sf) of living space. It is definitely worth the slight wait to enter...

Please note also, the building is 100 years old & not wheel chair accessible, our apologies, but we felt it necessary to share! Shoppers, you will also be responsible for packing & removing all purchased small items, and make arrangements to have large items removed by a professional or capable mover. Thank you for complying....

PARKING.... you may park all along Margaret Street, along side Riverside Park, and there is limited parking in front of the fenced area.

NOTE:   Some high end items may be purchased pre-sale ( minimum of $500.00). Please only text Brooke at 904-610-2888 & he can explain the process of pre-sale. We are still very busy appraising & pricing, so no phone calls please, only text. You may purchase an item, ( from viewing the item on line) and pick it up during the operating hours of the Estate Sale.
