50% OFF SUNDAY - Riverside World Traveler's Estate Sale
Terms
* Cash, debit/credit cards with 3% convenience fee. Sorry, we do NOT take checks.
* Please plan to make arrangements for help in moving furniture and larger items. You will have until Monday to have these items moved out of the house. We will have contact information for a moving company that is very reasonable, deliveries will need to be arranged by you with the movers. Because some furniture is trapped by layers of other furniture, there may be instances where pieces may not be able to be moved until late in the day on Friday, or Saturday & Sunday. We apologize but some pieces may not be able to be moved out early on Friday.
* If you plan to buy small or fragile items make sure you have boxes and packing paper. We will provide as much as we can but often run out by midday Saturday.
* Because the house is so filled with goods there will be no purses allowed. You are welcome to bring tote bags to carry your treasures as you collect them. We would ask that purses be locked in trunks or left at home and just toss your wallet into a tote bag or come with cash in your pocket.
LAST CHANCE TO COME AND GET IT. 50% OFF ALL DAY. LOTS OF GREAT STUFF LEFT, COME SEE US!
This house is a real treasure hunt. The owners were retired military who had collected and cared for furniture and decor from Germany, Spain, and more. There are some Danish Modern pieces, some modern pieces and everything in between. We have found photo albums from the 60s and 70s and many of the furniture pieces are still in the house. There is a pair of Overman black swivel chairs that are in the photos, they are in great condition. Quite the find for a vintage lover. How about an 8 foot Spanish revival style dining table? It is the ultimate farmhouse meets castle table.
If you are in need of a chest, chest of drawers, display case, curio cabinet...we have several. Full & queen sized electric beds, dressers, side tables, lamps, art, decor. Antique and modern books, baskets, dishes, tons of holiday goods, dolls, craft supplies, sewing machines, picture frames. We just found several boxes of brand new Godinger Shannon Dublin pattern crystal. This is great to stash for wedding gifts! The list really does go on and on.
We will have some jewelry, ladies clothing, shoes and purses, everyday household goods. There is a sewing and craft room, 2 sewing machines, cutting craft table, fabric, yarn and more.
If you are following along, we made it to the garage! We unearthed some vintage German steins and punch bowls, punch cups. We apologize, some of the steins were claimed by the family after we had posted photos. Vintage clothing, more vintage sewing and craft goods, planters, tons of pots for gardening, plants, ladders. Keep watching the photos, we will be updating again early next week!
So the attic was supposed to have been clear, no such luck! We have found a nice stash of German salt glaze pottery, crocks, pitchers and more. There was vintage fabric and art work. If you are in the market for alabaster (marble?) grapes, we have several, in several colors. It was hot and nasty but we salvaged what we could. More pictures are coming...keep watching!
And the house in incredible, it is a 1921 two story that is searching for a new family to love and appreciate it. Come take a look if you are in the market of a historical beauty to put your personal stamp on.
Parking will be tight, the house is on the corner of Park Street so please park with consideration of the neighbors and to insure your personal safety.
PLEASE READ, I hate a bunch of rules but this house requires them. The house was built in 1921 and is very full so it is not kid friendly or convenient for some shoppers...
No strollers or walkers. There are steps, uneven floors and loads of merchandise.
Children are welcome but they will be required to be supervised at all times.
NO PURSES! Empty tote bags will be allowed in the door, but no purses. Again, the house is too crowded so a purse that can knock items over or get caught up in items could create a precaruious situation.
Thank you for using EstateSales.NET. You're the best!
