Beautiful Historic Avondale Home~Loaded

Please note, this home is just shy of being 100 years old, so we have narrow hallways and entries, with a large stair case. If you are in need of the support of a cane, walker or stroller, this may be a hard house for you to shop.

The sign up sheet will go out at 8am of the morning of the sale, no numbers will be given out, you will enter as you are signed up, please, one signature per person.

We will have someone available to help move and deliver items on Saturday only. Fees will be agreed upon between you and the mover.

This beautiful house and it's double garage are really full. We will be adding more pictures as we continue to pull and set up. Furniture new and old through out the house, the garage has pieces ready for chalk paint or restoration.The garage also has a large collection of silk flowers and pots and urns, vintage fishing poles. One stand out piece is the large etched glass fountain.

A lot of decor pieces, birds and cherubs featured heavily. There is a kitchen and an auxiliary kitchen full of china, glassware, lots of kitchen tools and bakeware, some still in the packages. Books, books, books, including a great collection of cookbooks, some vintage and medical, good magazines, DVD's and CD's. Vintage records.Ladies clothing, sized large, extra large, some still with the tags. Steinway Baby Grand piano and bench. Tools, yard art. Vintage art and some great frames. Some sterling and quite a bit of jewelry.
