*Please make sure you have packing materials we will try our best to have as much as possible but we do run out sometimes. This house has lots of small items so it is very possible we could run out.We always try to have young men that work for tips that will attempt to give assistance BUT IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE! Heavier items In some cases you will need extra muscle or we can suggest a reasonable mover. We are not responsible for items damaged during the moving process.

Incredible home built in the 1940's . We have pulled the basement and the 3 bay garage. We are getting started on the 2 story apartment. We have yet to tackle the bomb shelter, which has a submarine door. There are 2 sheds which also need to emptied.
Well taken care home full of antique and mid century furniture, accessories and decor. Lots of pretty china, glass, ocut and decorated. Antique books, crafting and sewing notions and vintage machines. Large selection of holiday.Vintage Mercier bike, doors, pottery. Great mid century iron room divider with a door. Pottery kiln and some firing supplies. Newer furniture in the apartment, some from Ikea.
There is a work shop area, full of tools and the bomb shelter is full of metal and wood salvage, for safety reasons, we will empty the bomb shelter... Dozens of Orchid pots, patio furniture, pvc and iron and a small canon.
Buckets full of pipes, screws and other metal, some for scrap and some for purpose. Vintage lighting. Vintage jewelry, mostly costume. Stained glass panels.Just discovered in the apartment a 1960's VOX amplifier, made in England.
