Sale held by Caring Transitions of First Coast. We offer a variety of merchandise made available from our clients requiring estate liquidation / estate sales / tag sales services. There will be one entrance in and out of the residence. No large bags will be allowed inside. No food or drinks are allowed inside.

Sale Description:
Sale will be held 1-day from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Numbers will be distributed from 7:00 AM - 7:30 am. Full Price from 8:00am to 11:00am. 25% off discount from 11:00AM - 1:30pm. 50% off discount 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards ($20 minimum Credit Card charge). Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Credit card chargebacks WILL NOT be accepted. A declined credit card will result in an additional $15.00 service fee to the grand total amount. All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. No refunds will be made.

All persons attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of First Coast from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s).

Caring Transitions of First Coast may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations of authenticity. In no event shall Caring Transitions of First Coast be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. Buyers must remove merchandise prior to 4:00 pm of sale day. Alternative arrangements must be made in advance and approved by Caring Transitions of First Coast. If pick-up is not made by 4:00 pm on sale day and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of by Caring Transitions of First Coast. Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
By purchasing, buyer indicates agreement to the Terms and Conditions as set forth by Caring Transitions of First Coast.
