** Sign-Up sheet will be placed outside at 8:00 am Thursday morning and garage door will open at 9:00 am. The first 20 visitors on the sign -up sheet will be provided access to the first floor of the home. Home owners reserve the right to Limit Entry when deemed necessary.
** Please be prepared to lift and load all items to your vehicle. This is a private family sale and we do not have staff to carry items out.
** You are entering this property at your own risk. Property may have uneven surfaces, the homeowner and it’s agents are not responsible for any injuries of any kind occurring on or around the property. Not responsible for any accidents.
** Cash and Venmo only - we do not have a credit card reader and will not accept checks.
**All items are sold as is with no returns, refunds or exchanges.
** All merchandise must be removed from the property by close of sale day unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
**No large bags or purses will be allowed on the property, no exceptions.
**We have bags and paper to wrap your purchases, please bring your own boxes. Courtesy wrapping station provided when space is available.
**Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
