This sale is by appointment as parking is limited and the house is small. Parking is on the side of the street where the house is located only. This is to allow neighborhood traffic to run smoothly. Parking is the driveway is fine if there is room available. It is a one-car driveway. To make an appointment, please TEXT Deb Dell at 904-507-9520 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Texting allows me to keep up with appointments. Appointments will be on the hour and half hour and will be limited to 5 people for each time slot; however, there is no time limit on shopping once you arrive.
