~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time.
~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on.
~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Patricia prior to purchasing.
~If you break anything, you've bought it.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for any on-site accidents or towing costs if you get stuck in the mud.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Park on the cement driveway inside property gate but please note that ground is soft and muddy if it rains the day before. Please make sure you are not blocking traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~Prices will not be released until the day of the sale.

Sallye Mathis and Grace Solomon, two very close sisters, were both collectors of fine furniture and many pieces have already been passed on to family members. These remaining items are of antique and vintage quality and have been very well-cared for over the three generations that they have been in both families.
