Payment of Vehicles will be Cash & Charge

If you purchase a titled vehicle, once you pay for it we will hand you the title & bill of sale. You will go to the tag agency and transfer title. Bring back the transferred title & payment receipt. The vehicle will then be released to you.
If you are tax exempt, we must have a copy of your 2024 Sales Tax Exemption or sales tax will be applied to all purchases
All Car Dealers MUST submit a copy of their dealer's license and 2024 Sales Tax Exemption

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remove all purchased items. All Sales are Final.
All Firearms will be transferred day of auction by an Florida Federal Licensed dealer
Buyers of Pallet Racks Must Provide Proof of Insurance before Removal & Must Have All Required Personal Protective Equipment & Training for Fall Protection When Working at Heights Per OSHA State Guidelines.
