Two Generation Estate Sale

*Please note: masks required. We ask that you respect others and maintain the social distance.

*Credit card, Venmo and cash payments will be accepted. No checks please.

*Entering our sale and property is at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary. Entrance onto this private property is at your own risk.

*All sales final and items are sold as is, where is. You are responsible for thorough inspection of your intended purchases prior to final sale.

*The moving and loading of items/furniture purchased are the buyer’s responsibility. Please bring help, boxes, blankets, and rope as needed. We will have some wrap, boxes and bags. All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.

*Sale opens 12:00 noon Friday, May 7. Open to the public. No sign-up sheet.

*Because our home is filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. No food or drinks and please, please no pets. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.
