This is a family sale and is NOT hosted by an estate sale company , so there are no rules here. We will give great deals from day one and we are open to reasonable and fair offers ! We will only accept cash, cash app, paypal or zelle payments.
When parking please be mindful and please not block neighbors driveways.
We are not responsible for any accidents on or inside of the property at 4343 Beverly Ave. Please use caution as the front steps are steep, and there are many step downs or step ups inside of the home.
Please bring help to load large items. We are not able to help with loading.
We want this sale to be fun ! The owner of this home was a vibrant and wonderful lady who loved buying and selling, we will give wonderful deals in her memory! Please bring your smile :) We honor her memory with this sale and all proceeds will bless her husband & daughter.
***side note: This home needs to be staged at the end and will be for sale. The beds will be for sale but then left in place for staging and arranged for pickup later and this will be explained if someone is interested. We have worked very hard on this sale to honor our dear friend but please show us grace with some of the items as this is a unique situation. We appreciate it!

This is the first private sale this individual/company has listed this year.

What a sale!!!! This sale is honoring my dear friend Katica Jovic who was a buyer and seller. She had an excellent eye and there is no junk in this sale! I am sure everyone will find something that speaks to them.

There is a huge variety of china and dish ware and serving pieces, pottery, antique china and glassware, irish crystal tea glasses , pots and pans, utencils, coffee mugs, small appliances, tupperware and casserole dishes.
In the living room there are tea cup and saucers, a variety of chairs and tons of pillows, antique decor pieces and vases, art, a tapestry, vintage shelving in different sizes.
There is also tons of high end clothing of excellent quality, shoes, belts, scarves, purses.
High end bedding, quilts , shams, bed skirts, duvets, pillow cases, sheets, curtains. The owner was a buyer and seller on ebay of high end bedding so there is a ton!!!!

There is a singer sewing machine, sewing supplies, lots of fabric, etc as well as a shed with vintage light fixtures, a set of MCM chairs, tools, an electric mover, tile, yard tools, plants and planter pots....etc!
everything has been valued and presented at a fraction of the value. All reasonable offers will be considered.
