IMPORTANT, THE BEST AND MOST COMPREHENSIVE PICTURES WILL BE POSTED THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SALE . EVERYTHING IS TIGHLY PACKED RIGHT IN TWO GARAGES NOW AND WILL BE SET UP FOR FINAL PICTURES ON THURSDAY EVENING.

This will be a Pickers sale   , many items will be pre=priced  but some of them item will be negotiated at time of sale. 

• Thanks for your interest in the items at our sale. WE DO NOT DISCLOSE PRICES PRIOR TO OR DURING SALE. Most of the time, we are extremely busy during the sale. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AN ITEM, PLEASE COME DIRECTLY TO THE SALE.
• Please bring help to move and load items especially large pieces of furniture as we will not be able to assist you.
• All items are sold ‘As Is’ - no refunds, no returns, no exchanges.
• All merchandise must be removed from the property by close of sale on Saturday unless other arrangements have been made.
• WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVING ASSISTANCE - Bring help for large items. Please tip should one of our workers provide extra service.
• Children must be with an adult at all times.
