We accept cash, major credit/debit cards and personal checks with ID. Please bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents. All sales final, we attempt to note items (as is) if we discover them to be slightly less than perfect. Please do not call to request pricing before or during the sale. Please use caution when driving and be couteous when parking. This is a busy narrow street. We will encourage people to park in the front yard and the drive way without blocking others. Remember it is Christmas and Santa is watching so be nice! Parking will be allowed only on one side of the street.
