This sale is in a townhome in the Villages of San Jose. Everything must go and everything is priced to go fast. There are a mix of fantastic items in this sale. The owner of the condo is a designer and furnishes model homes for builders. Many of the pieces came from model homes and are in new condition. There are also antiques, vintage pieces and nice china sets, dishes, glasses, cookware, kitchen appliances, utensils and linens.

Sofas, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, two rattan wingback chairs, antique round dining table, zinc-top round dining table, beautiful large executive desk by Stanley Furniture, Alexander Julian secretary, vintage black buffet/sideboard, four wicker dining chairs, a club chair, Pottery Barn stools (both counter and bar height), two large screen TVs, artwork, rugs, and tons of home accessories.
