Jacksonville Heights Blue Moon Estate Sale

WHEN ATTENDING THE SALE, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1) If you wish to purchase an item, please ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. The sold sticker MUST contain your name AND phone number to claim an item for purchase; if it's missing either we reserve the right to remove the sold sticker from the item. Once you've placed the sold sticker on the item, you are then obligated to purchase it. This is done out of respect for our clients and other customers, as you've taken these item(s) out of the sale and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) We have a designated hold area for you to store items that you intend to purchase. These items are also considered "sold"... so please do not hoard items and then decide later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. Again, you are taking items out of the sale that someone else might be interested in. And while we will do our best to monitor the holding area, we are not responsible for any items you store there.
3) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order, so please test them in advance of purchasing the item. Remember all items are SOLD AS-IS, with NO REFUNDS or RETURNS.
4) Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased and this must be done before the closing of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees cannot assist with the loading of large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
7) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and we'd ask you to not leave any trash on the property.
8) We don't do pre-sales or disclose pricing prior to the estate sale. And doors will open at the published time, not before.
9) Please do not park in the driveway, unless removing furniture.
10) We do not honor any written sign-up lists. We provide numbers for entry that our Blue Moon team brings on the day of the sale. These numbers will be distributed one hour prior to the start of the sale.
11) There are no public restrooms available.
12) Please be aware neither Blue Moon Estate Sales nor homeowners are responsible for accidents.

* We accept Cash & Credit Cards with proper I.D. Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless you provide a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate.
