LINE/ENTRY NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY. LINE NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT FROM 7:15AM – 8:00AM.
Starting at 8:01AM on the first Sale Day, a separate waiting line will be established for those who choose to queue up and enter after those who have received Line Numbers. No separate email/phone sign-up is available. No pricing will be shared prior to the sale.

Sale held by Caring Transitions of First Coast. We offer a variety of merchandise made available from our clients requiring estate liquidation / estate sales / tag sales services. There will be one entrance in and out of the residence. No large bags will be allowed inside. No food or drinks are allowed inside.

Sale Description:
Sale will be held 1-day from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Full Price from 8:30am to 11:30am. 25% off discount from 11:30am to 2:00pm. 50% off discount 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE
We Do not Accept Checks. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards ($20 minimum Credit Card charge). Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. A valid Photo ID is required for all credit cards. Credit card charge-backs WILL NOT be accepted. A declined credit card will result in an additional $15.00 service fee to the grand total amount. All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. No refunds will be made.
All persons attending sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions of First Coast from any liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinant factor regarding specific item(s).
Caring Transitions of First Coast may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising on the Internet and at the sale but makes no representations of authenticity. In no event shall Caring Transitions of First Coast be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value. Buyers must remove merchandise prior to 3:00 pm on the final sale day. Alternative arrangements must be made in advance and approved by Caring Transitions of First Coast. If pick-up is not made by 3:00 pm on the final sale day and buyer has not made alternative arrangements, buyer forfeits property and said property will be disposed of by Caring Transitions of First Coast. Buyers must arrange for packing, loading and transportation of purchases.
The Buyer must provide a valid copy of their Sales Tax Exempt certificate at the time of purchase in order to avoid paying Sales Tax.
By purchasing, buyer indicates agreement to the Terms and Conditions as set forth by Caring Transitions of First Coast.
No large purses or bags allow.
Restrooms are not available.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.
