* A sign up sheet will be at the door by noon on Thursday. This will secure your spot in line on Friday so that we do not have a crowd waiting at the front door when we open. Make sure you are back at the house by 10AM on Friday and we will enter the house per the list. We may have to limit entry if areas begin to overcrowd. If you arrive after 10AM just come by and we will let you in the house when we have space available.
* The garage will NOT be open on Friday. We will open the garage on Saturday (full price) and Sunday (half price).
* FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOP. We will have ours on, please have yours!
* Cash in small bills please. Debit/credit cards with 3% convenience fee.
* We do not move or load large items. Bring help and have a plan to remove all pieces no later than Sunday at 4PM.
* No large purses. Empty tote bags and your wallet is the best idea. The house is full and will be tight to shop.
* We will limit the number of people in the house to allow for everyone to feel safe...shoppers and our crew alike!
* No try on space available, if you are clothes shopping know your size or come in something you can try on over.
* The house is not walker, wheelchair or stroller friendly. Sorry!

Garage pick and plunder starts Saturday at 9am. Not our normal but it should be fun!
This house has been a treasure hunt, but it is so worth it. Dad was a traveling shoe salesman, Mom furnished her house in the late 60s and never saw a need to update. So we are full of original 60s and early 70s furniture, decor and housewares. And stashed away we have found salesman samples of shoes, western wear, jewelry and more.
We have vintage new old stock western shirts & jackets, sterling jewelry, leather bags, fringe barrettes, bolo ties, boot belts, hat bands and so many great leather belts. So many shoes and boots were beyond saving but we were able to salvage some that might be best used as display but some lucky men & ladies will be able to find a pair of shoes or boots that will work for them. Mom's closet is still well stocked with vintage clothing, some hats and more.
Furniture is everything from dining room to living room, bedrooms are Bassett and French Provincial, campaign desk. We have side tables, side chairs, great swivel barstools.
All the decor is in great vintage groupings, we have lots of gold, green, brass, framed prints. Hanging baskets, swag lamps, table lamps.
The kitchen is a little 60s & 70s time capsule. Lots of harvest gold, avocado green, pastels...just like Grandma's kitchen.
In the final days we have found even more..new old stock western goods and costume jewelry. Concrete patio tables and benches in the backyard. More kitchen goods. Old backyard sporting goods. Still updating pics as we go!
We have added some kids goodies, very vintage kids goodies. We have a few lunchboxes, Burger King dolls. We got them last minute so only a few pics. All fun stuff!
