FOR OUR SHOPPERS: Sale opens at 10am Friday 3/06/26 and runs 2 days. There is no sign up for numbers. Sale hours: 10a-4p. Please do not block the right of way and be considerate of the neighbors.

Cash: No fee
All other payments: (Credit, ApplePay, etc)
$1 Fee for $25 and less
$2 Fee for $25.01-$99.99
$3 Fee for $100 and up

*All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges.

*Although, we do our best to provide some pricing prior and during the sale, our first priority is prepping the sale completely and servicing customers that are on site first. If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale. You may also continue to refresh this ad, as we do mark photos sold for large items. You can also find us on Facebook. We post new pictures after reorganizing every evening (sometimes late night, but always prior to midnight). Yes, we will also complete sales outside of the sale hours if we are able, AFTER the sale has started.

Please, no purses larger than a small fanny pack, small cross body, wallet, or wristlet, unless the bag is clear. Empty reusable totes are allowed. No Strollers or wagons. We reserve the right to check any purses, bags, totes, boxes and containers that do come in or out of the sale.

*The Moving and Loading of Items/Furniture purchased are ALWAYS the Buyers Responsibility. There are NO REFUNDS, so please make sure you can make arrangements for loading of your items prior to purchase. If we are able to assist you, we are not responsible in any way, shape or form for damage to the items or your property. Tips are appreciated to the team members if they are able to assist you.

*Please bring your own supplies; wrap, boxes, bags, muscle, blankets and rope as needed. We do our best to provide wrap, boxes and bags however, in light of leaving a better environment for future generations, our family has stopped using plastic bags and that will carry over into our business.

*All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the posted sale dates and hours, unless other arrangements have been made with the Business Owner, in writing (text, email, etc with confirmation from owner). The majority of the time we are under strict contract to vacate the property as it has usually already been sold, there are HOA restrictions, and/or there are closing activities that need to take place with the real estate.

*You are entering all our sales and properties at your own risk, The Great Estate is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary.

*Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.

*Homeowners may influence a price or an items availability after we have posted information. We will update information/pictures/etc as soon as possible if these changes are made. These are RARE exceptions, but they do occur.
