Huge Mandarin Estate Sale - Journeys End

Estate Sale Policies:
1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
2. Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App - 3% charge for credit cards
3. All sales are FINAL. There are NO guarantees, NO returns. NO exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
4. No Holds Without Payment: Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No holds unless paid in full.
4. Video Surveillance: All areas will be under video surveillance. Shoplifting will not be tolerated, and police will be called.
5. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, injuries sustained, or lost/stolen items sustained while on the sale premises so please BE CAREFUL!
6. Large Bags: Large bags, large purses, or backpacks will not be permitted inside.
7. Please be prepared to provide your own labor, tools, etc. We cannot assist with moving large items.
8. Please bring your own packing materials. We do not always have bags, boxes, bubble wrap or packing paper available. We tend to run out.
9. Item Removal: All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
10. Please park with caution, care and consideration. We assume NO liability for accidents, and we don't want to make any neighbors upset by blocking their mailboxes or driveways. Park only on one side of street where indicated.
11. Children: Children must be supervised at all times.
