This is a gated community. Therefore there will be no advance sign up. This is a large home so we will be able to accomodate many shoppers at once.

We collect sales tax unless we have a copy of your 2018 tax certificate.

**WE SELL AN ITEM AS IS AND WHERE IT IS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DISMANTLE AND MOVE ITEMS. IF BUYING A LARGE ITEM PLEASE BE PREPARED TO GET ASSISTANCE.

**We take no responsibility for moving items, damage to item or injuries occurred while moving a purchase . If an employee of China Cat Antiques, LLC does assist you we do not assume any responsibility for damage. Please also remember that Tipping is a polite gesture when given assistance by an employee who is not required to help in lifting, loading, etc.

We do not provide prices until the sale opens and everyone with numbers has been able to shop. We do accept credit cards over the phone after the sale has been open for at least 30 minutes. Just remember sometimes during a sale it’s not always possible to reach us. We do our best to be available by phone but sometimes it’s just not possible.
