** All merchandise must be removed from the property by close of sale day unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
**Please bring your own help for moving of large pieces of furniture, we have limited help at all sales.

**No large bags or purses are going to be allowed on the property, no exceptions.
**We have plenty of bags and paper to wrap your purchases, please bring your own boxes. Courtesy wrapping station provided when space is available.
**Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
