* Sign up sheet will be at the door by noon on Thursday. If you don't make it by to sign up on the list, just come by at your convenience and shop with us. Signing up is just to secure your spot in line on Friday morning. This helps us to make the neighborhood a little safer by not having people park early on Friday and hanging out until we open.
* PARK WITH CONSIDERATION PLEASE! Make sure that you are parking on one side of the road, facing the traffic direction and not blocking the road or any driveways. We appreciate your help with this!
* Cash and cards only. Debit/credit cards have a 3% convenience fee.
* All items are sold as is, where is. Bring help to load and all items should be picked up by 3pm on Sunday. Make sure that you can make arrangements for pickup before committing to buy. Pickups can be made on Tuesday after the sale between 10am and noon.
* If you buy smalls or are in the market for dishes, glassware, etc. Bring boxes and packing materials. We provide what we can but often run out by midday Saturday.

What a fun sale!  The house has been in the family for 50 years.  When one of the children bought the house, he created some areas of modern bachelor and much of the house was left as it had been through the decades.  Some of the rooms are quite the time capsule of the time that they were decorated and furnished.

We have collections of vintage twisted cruets (oil and vinegars) Precious Moments and so many adorable smalls.  

The furniture is everything from 50's and 60's pieces, up to very current.  There is a current beautiful leather sectional, nice roll top desk and current computer desk.  Lamps, chairs and side tables from all decades.  

The bachelor has a nice selection of Harley Davidson clothing, from Tshirts to vest to jackets.  Lots of men's jeans, most are 32X30.  

Basic household goods a plenty...kitchenware, cleaning supplies, garage goods, office supplies, electronics.  We have holiday goods...all the holidays.  Sewing machine, patio furniture, art, some costume jewelry.  

Jaguar Coca Cola bottles.  101 Dalmations Coca Cola bottles.  A bit of train stuff.

We have baby gear too!  Baby gates, play yard, changing table,toys, girls clothing and shoes.  

We are working our way through the outside storage.  We will have patio furniture, chain saws, hand tools, ladders, rolling tool box, power tools, lawn goods (no lawnmower), large shop vac.  From DeWalt to Ryobi and more!  And ladders!

And the house!  A great tri-level so there are LOTS OF STEPS.  The house is not walker, wheelchair or stroller friendly so please plan to do a lot of up and down getting around.  And the house will be on the market soon so if you are looking for a great house, on a big corner lot, that is ready to have a new family put their stamp on it, come by, see the house and get the info for the realtor...SORRY, the house is already promised to a realtor.  The neighborhood is listed as Beacon Hill so it is near Hidden Hills, Ft Caroline, off Mt Pleasant near McCormick Rd.
