* PARK WITH CONSIDERATION PLEASE! Make sure that you are parking on one side of the road, facing the traffic direction and not blocking the road or any driveways. We appreciate your help with this!
* CASH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THE CELL SIGNAL IS NOT DEPENDABLE FOR RUNNING CREDIT CARDS. Cash and cards only. Debit/credit cards have a 3% convenience fee.
* All items are sold as is, where is. Bring help to load and all items should be picked up by 3pm on Sunday. Make sure that you can make arrangements for pickup before committing to buy.
* If you buy smalls or are in the market for dishes, glassware, etc. Bring boxes and packing materials. We provide what we can but often run out by midday Saturday.

This family spent a lot of time making the decision to commit to RV living full time, and now they have done it!  So what the won't fit in the RV is up for sale!  We have everything from antiques to modern.  Kitchen to garage.  Patio furniture, grill, tools.  

We have 2 full bedroom suites, one king size, one queen size, both with mattresses that are pristine! Couch, loveseat and matching chair.  Dining table with 6 beautiful needlepoint chairs.  Lots of side tables, side chairs, lamps.  Large entertainment center that holds a nice big flat screen TV.  Display cabinets, kitchen table & chairs, barstools.  Literally all the furniture to furnish a house from start to finish.  

There are two beautiful antique desks.  One is a nice oak rolltop that had a lot of homework done on it.  The other is a drop front desk that is beautiful and functional.  Both desks are ready to use, or add a finish to make it fit your aesthetic.

Small collections of glass, porcelain, china.  Pretty Lenox decorative pieces and china.  Teacups and saucers.  Cut and pressed glass, Waterford.   

The garage will be full of holiday goods and garage goods.  Lots of Christmas, other holidays too!  Blowers, pressure washer, hand tools, hardware, general garage goods.  

Kitchen is nicely appointed with small appliances, pots & pans, Corning Ware, Pyrex, gadgets, cleaning supplies.

Ladies clothing, shoes & purses.  Everyday linens.  Bathroom goods and supplies.  

Patio furniture & a nice gas grill.
