We will not be putting out a sign-up sheet. Be prompt at 9:00 to be first in line.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!! The moving and loading of large items/furniture are the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. Please bring help and supplies as needed.
We do not disclose prices prior a sale nor during the sale since we are busy taking care of customers. If you are interested in an item, please come directly to the sale. All Sales are final.
Please respect neighbors yards and driveways. No parking signs will be placed on one side of the street, please comply.
