Terms and Conditions:

Sales tax will be collected per state law.

**We do not give prices via Email, Messenger or over the phone.**

**This is a Cash & Cards Only Sale.
There is a 3,5% fee to use a credit/debit card for purchases.

** We do not have a signup sheet on the day of the sale, first come first served.

** All merchandise must be removed from the property by close of sale day unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

**Please bring your own help for moving of large pieces of furniture, we have limited help at all sales.

**You are entering property at your own risk.

**No large bags, purses or back packs will be allowed on the property, no exceptions.

**We have plenty of bags and paper to wrap your purchases, but please bring your own boxes. Courtesy wrapping station provided when space is available.

**Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

**All items are sold as is with no returns, refunds or exchanges.

**Dealers may purchase tax free with sales certificate.

** Southern Transitions is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims.

** Southern Transitions reserves the right to Limit Entry when deemed necessary.

** Photos do not reflect location of items at sale.

** Statements made day of sale take precedence over printed advertisements.

**Please be courteous to the neighbors and community by not blocking driveways, not parking on grass, and following the parking signs.
