Payment of Vehicles will be Cash & Charge * No Checks. Sales Tax WILL be applied to all vehicles at check out. On occasion, DMV will charge you sales tax regardless if Luman E Beasley Auctioneers has collected it already. It is imperative that you go immediately to DMV and transfer the vehicle title. If you don't have plans of putting the vehicle on the road, transfer title only with no tag. We will ONLY reimburse you for sales tax IF you send us a copy of your DMV receipt showing proof that they charged you sales tax. This MUST be done before the 10th day of the month when we submit sales tax to the state. Anytime after that you will lose the sales tax that we collected.
BUYERS PREMIUM DOES NOT APPLY TO PLUNDER SALES
If you purchase a titled vehicle, once you pay for it we will hand you the title & bill of sale. You will go to the tag agency and transfer title. Bring back the transferred title & payment receipt. The vehicle will then be released to you.
If you are tax exempt, we must have a copy of your 2026 Sales Tax Exemption or sales tax will be applied to all purchases
All Car Dealers MUST submit a copy of their dealer's license and 2026 Sales Tax Exemption

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remove all purchased items. All Sales are Final.
All Firearms will be transferred day of auction by an Florida Federal Licensed dealer
Buyers of Pallet Racks Must Provide Proof of Insurance before Removal & Must Have All Required Personal Protective Equipment & Training for Fall Protection When Working at Heights Per OSHA State Guidelines.
