Terms and conditions:
- cash and credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Credit card minimum purchases are $10 with a 3% up-charge for all credit card transactions. No checks will be accepted.
- All items are sold as is / where is. No refunds or returns or exchanges available.
- Moving and loading of all items are the buyer’s responsibility. Large items will be available after 2:30 PM the day it is purchased. All items must be removed by the final day of the sale ending March 30th at 3:00 PM.
- Bring your own bags and wrapping. Limited supply available by owners.
- Enter the property at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for personal injury or accidents.
- No large bags, purses, backpacks or strollers allowed on the property. No exceptions.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any item broken by children.
- No public restrooms.
- No smoking, drinking, eating or animals of any kind on the property.
- Please park responsibly. Park at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for damage or stolen items from your personal vehicle. Do not block driveways or walking access to the property.
- You break it you buy it. If caught stealing, we will call the police.
