Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

By attending or participating in a Mindful Moveouts estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

We make every effort to accurately describe items; however, all buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

2. Payment Methods

We accept:

Cash
Major credit/debit cards
Other payment methods as posted at the sale
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale.

3. Pricing & Discounts

Prices are firm unless otherwise marked.
Discounts, if offered, will be announced at our discretion and at designated times during the sale.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse offers
Remove items from sale
Correct pricing errors

4. Condition of Items

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use.
Buyers are responsible for:
Testing electronics
Measuring furniture
Confirming condition prior to purchase

Mindful Moveouts is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, or post-sale damage.

5. Holding Items

We do not hold items without full payment.
Large furniture items may be marked sold and held for a scheduled pickup time once paid in full.

6. Item Removal

Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items within the timeframe stated at the sale.

Please bring:

Proper vehicles
Packing materials
Moving assistance

Mindful Moveouts staff are not responsible for loading heavy items.

Any items not removed by the stated pickup deadline may be forfeited without refund.

7. Entry & Safety

Entry numbers or sign-up sheets may be used for crowd control.
By entering the property, you agree that:
You enter at your own risk.
Mindful Moveouts, LLC, property owners, and affiliates are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.
Children must remain supervised at all times.
No large bags, backpacks, or purses may be permitted inside.

8. Security & Theft

Shoplifting will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the sale and/or law enforcement notification.
Security cameras may be in use.

9. Respect for Property

Estate sales are held in private homes.

Please:
Be respectful of the property and neighbors.
Do not enter restricted areas.
Do not open drawers, cabinets, or doors marked “Not for Sale.”

10. Right to Refuse Service

Mindful Moveouts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

11. Online & Pre-Sales

If online sales or pre-sales are offered, additional terms may apply and will be posted separately.

12. Limitation of Liability

Mindful Moveouts, LLC is not responsible for:

Accidents or injuries
Parking violations or towing
Damage incurred after purchase
Acts beyond our control

13. Agreement

By attending the sale, making a purchase, or remaining on the property, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
